I know it isn't going to make much of a difference but i wrote a quick letter to the editor about the inaccurate labelling of ferrets as rodents. I will keep you posted if they reply.

I would like to highlight an inaccuracy in the above report. The report refers to the ferret as a rodent, a statement which is simply incorrect!

The ferret is a member of class mammalia order canivora, which makes humans about as close to rats and mice (class mammalia, order rodenta) as the humble domestic ferret.
